Tusk cooling for Duet smart effector smaller fan

This is version for smart effector and 40x40x10 fan.

Needs 4 M2.5x20 screws. I've used brass tubes with 4mm OD from eBay and used drilling jig from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2445660 to drill holes.
