The plastic broke on my good old wireless headphone Sony MDR-RF6500.
I bought it back in 2012 and I use it almost daily still :D
To repair it and make it usable again, I made a brace that fits around the broken plastic.
The brace consists of two parts that slides together over the original plastic sides.
Print two pairs of the brace to get a uniform look on both sides.
I made two heat inserts places, so one could use screws to hold it together. but it's not needed. the plastic holds good together without nothing.
