It's a guying rope collar to support the guying ropes on the 10m fiberglass mast from the Spiderbeam company. The outer diameter of the collar is 110mm, the inner diameter - 53.4mm (this includes some 0.4mm overlap for the bead of plastic), the 3 holes - 8mm each.
The collar is mounted on the third lower section of the mast which makes it 126cm from the ground level. This height is enough to keep the mast straight and stable in the temporary installation , like in the field day or park activation. In the event of very strong winds or permanent installation, the extra guying ropes row might be needed in the upper part of the mast, at some 7m level. The dimensions given here is not a user manual or a tutorial, it's my own experience which works for me. If you mount your own mast using this collar, dimensions etc., you do it on your own risk and responsibility.
The collar is printed of PET-G material as it's UV-resistant, 20% fill in.
