HOSAS mount for alu simrig

Simple yet effective way to mount HOSAS to a 4040 aluminum extrusion sim rig.

Printed with 8 walls and 5 top and bottom layers it's super strong and has no flex at all.

It has holes for Thrustmaster T16000M Dual Stick and VKB Gladiator NXT HOSAS.

Depending on your configuration of a sim rig you can print one of these for your right stick and then mirror it for a left stick, or print two of the same version.

In my case, I had to print two normal versions for both right and left stick because my right stick is offset by the shifter mount of a P1X rig.

Depending on your 4040 profile you may want to scale a model in a slicer by -1/+1 %.

I have 3 different profiles, one from aliexpress is 39,6mm, one from EU shop is 40,2mm and one from India is 40,5mm.

The best way is to test print only the last 10-15 layers and then test how it fits, it should really be a snug fit otherwise it will be too loose on profile.
