Nolan N70-2X Motorcycle Helmet Peak Sunscreen Screw

This is a replacement bolt for a Nolan N70-2X helmet. The sun protection peak on top of the helmet uses a central M6 bolt made of plastic. The structure of helmet requiers for accessories to break off in case of a crash, therefore the bolt easily cracks.

A test print was made from PLA with PVA in the secondary extruder for supports. The PVA melts away in the water.

The bolt was tested on my helmet and it screws in nicely, however use with caution as this was not tested while riding.For proper application use a stronger material than PLA.
