EVGA 3090 FTW3 Backplate 92mm Fan Mount

This is a backplate mounted cooling solution for EVGA 3090FTW3, it can be used with heatsinks to enhance the cooling ability of the stock backplate, which has heatpipes. 

I realized the o11 mini's airflow was not doing enough for the GPU in vertical configuration. I opted to use EVGA's handy external fan header to put additional cooling to the GPU. 

Does not work on EVGA FTW3 GPUs without the X-bracket.
