I designed a new, super slim cover for my Motorola Moto X4. Its shell is only 0.8mm thin! It got a pocket for a 40mm diameter magnetic mounting plate.
It fits absolutely tight and once it is mounted on the smartphone, you can not disassambly it, without destroying the shell. No Problem, a new one takes only 40 minutes to be printed.
Print it flat without supports.
Play with the perimeters extrusion width to get a nice result.
If you use my g-code, you have to lower the live-z around 0.06mm because i use a lower flow for the first layer.
The g-code is also pepared for PINDA pre-heat. If you whant to use this feature, uncoment the 3 lines in the start-script of my g-code.
I set the initial hotend temp to 200°C. After the printbed reach its temp, the hotend will rise to 240°C.
