Zero Nightmare Before Christmas - Large

This is a 300mm version of Zero. The body is hollowed out and runners have been added along the bottom to line it with LED light strips. I have added a hole in the back to accommodate a ½ in dowel rod with a handle that way when I “walk him” it is like he is floating in front of me.

I printed the body in two pieces then glued it together, I also “welded” it on the inside (not the outside!!) with a soldering iron for additional strength. 

You will need to print one of the ears then print a second, mirrored.

It's a little heavier than I liked but it worked.
