Thanks for checking out my Monster truck. If you print this would you post a "make" of it? It is really fun to see how much my son enjoys this toy. I would live to see ones made for other kids (or grown ups).
I used a 2-inch number 6 screw for the axles. You'll need to drill the wheels out a bit to make them fit. I do that so that I can get a round hole. If you don't live in the Unites States, Myanmar or Liberia, a 3mm by 50mm screw should work. The tires are a bit of a tight fit on the wheels if you don't use a dual extruder. I heated up the tires and the wheels pressed in by hand. There a couple widths for thw wheel clips. Not all hotwheels are the same so you may need to scale up or down. PLA works for the clips but ABS is better because it flexes easier.
