should this be printed with or without supports?
Great design. It is a little bit tricky to print but it worth every mm. I printed one with 150% scaled. After it was finished my wife asked for a second one. Work in progress... 😀 (edited)
I have printed 75% scaled without any problems. I used a fast print profile for my printer, but you can get a perfect surface finish with this nice model.
I didn't add the led part since my orange filament is shining under UV lights or even under the the blue ambient lights. (edited)

@Sergeant_Marvin Hi! The filament brand is Filamix PLA+ Orange, but I am not sure if it is available outside my country.
You can try some other fluorescent filament brand I guess.

Is the ribs part missing in the bones section? There are 2 bones stls, but no ribs part. (edited)
