Hitch Receiver License Plate Mount

This is a 2 inch hitch receiver license plate mount for small motorcycle sized license plate. I designed it for my golf cart, which uses the same size license plate. In the USA, it is 7 X 4 inches.

I used M4 Pan head screws with a 4mm thick knurled nut insert. But any bolt/nut will work that fits the holes. Mounting holes are 5.75mm in CAD. After printing on my printer (Prusa Mini+, they are about 5.5mm)

I printed with PETG since it will be exposed to the sun and high temps. I don't suggest PLA. ASA and ABS should be fine also.

Print with X facing down and with supports on. 20% infill.

Specs for the license plate and bolt pattern are from DMV:
Plate Dimensions (motorcycle): 7” width x 4” height
Bolt hole spacing - horizontal: 5 13/16” between the center of the left-side and right-side bolt holes
Bolt hole spacing - vertical: 2¾” between the center of the upside and downside bolt holes
Bolt hole diameter and shape: Each bolt hole is 5/16” x 5/16” – circular bolt hole
