Faster to print RC3 face shield with laser cut head strap

Improved model (1 hour print time savings) without loosing any comfort. Includes alternative laser cut head strap (instead of elastic) but compatible with both. DXF file for US letter size transparency film but with original European headband whole pattern! No chin reinforcement. No Logo.

Print instructions

Two will fit on Prusa MK2.5 and MK3/s bed.
Print out of PETG 0.25 layer height, 30% infill.
Clear shield can be laser cut from acetate transparencies.
Head strap and strap clips laser cut from thin, flexible plastic (i.e. PPE) I used cutting mats from Dollar Tree store.
