I've seen a few combination USB/SD/MicroSD holders on here, but none of them quite fit my needs, so I designed my own in Fusion 360 to be adjustable.
Each slot can hold 1 USB device, 1 SD card, or 3 MicroSD cards.
The included STL has 8 slots and fits all types perfectly on my printer, but you may need to adjust them for your cards and printer. The edges of each slot have small circles because my printer often ends up making slightly rounded corners, and the cards wouldn't always fit properly. With the corners cut off like that, they fit much better.
In the fusion file, there are parameters for the length, width and depth of the USB, SD and MicroSD slots, as well as the total number of slots to generate and how far to space them apart. If your media doesn't fit nicely, add or remove 0.1mm at a time to the slots until they fit snuggly. Try a few different items - especially for USB and Micro SD there seems to be a fair bit of variance in size. Print it with a single slot until you've got the measurements perfected.
This design also adds 4 holes to the bottom made to fit heat press M3 threaded inserts, and an example of how to create a bracket for them to mount it somewhere. In my case, I'm mounting it to a 5/8" thick shelf, so the bracket fits around that and mounts with a #8 wood screw.
