I was given a used CatGenie that had nearly all of the gears melted out cuz the previous owner left the "deep clean" cartridge in for over a year. It literally liquidated the hoses, as well as some of the gears & seals
These may or may not work for you, they do work for me - I printed them using a 1mm nozzle just for sheer speed… The ones that look like they require support require support.
The Gasket must be printed in TPU, it's meant to be a water seal for the pump.
The impeller is finicky - You have to jam or maybe even tap the shaft into place but be careful not to wallow out the hole too much or it may wiggle free during operation & not spin. It will probably break, it gets abused during regular operation which is why I reinforced it so much - print a spare – and keep some rubber gloves handy
For the large gear you'll need to shove something in the hole & wrap tape - or otherwise prevent the pin from coming out. I found a small piece of filament & a strip of duct tape that works well
All of my parts are printed in PETG (TPU for the seal), can't say about any other materials.
Remix all you like, share your upgrades if you have em!
