Revolutionize your 3D printing setup with a Magnetic Filament Pass and PTFE Connector, specially designed for Ikea Lack enclosures. This innovative accessory allows you to seamlessly switch between different filament types and dry boxes.

Key Features:

PTFE Lining: The filament pass is lined with PTFE to prevent wear and reduce friction, ensuring smooth and consistent filament flow for your 3D printing projects.

Easy Installation: Installing the pass is a breeze. Simply drill a 10mm hole in your preferred location, insert the pass, and secure it in place using the provided printed nut. The PTFE connector slides onto the end of your PTFE tube.

Customizable Design: The PTFE tube is designed for press-fitting, providing a secure connection. While the magnets should fit snugly, a touch of superglue may be needed if they don't stay put. Currently, there are models using 15mm x 4mm magnets and 12mm x 3mm magnets.

Modifications Available: For those who like to tinker, we've included the f3d files and STEP files, allowing you to modify the design to suit your unique needs.

Included Magnets:

Updates:

  • Added pass and connector for 12mm x 3mm countersunk magnets
  • Added a magnetic "dock" for dry boxes

Printing Guidelines:

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 15% or 20%
  • Walls: 3
  • Supports: Enabled (for the part that houses the magnets)
