Moving Horse

Modified version of Horse, Prototype by gzumwalt, using a manual crank instead of a motor.

All files and build instructions are the same as gzumwalt's Instructable, except for Gear+Worm.stl, and Base_Box.stl+Base_Stand.stl instead of base.stl and Housing+Motor.stl.

Notes:

Follow the print settings from the Instructable (Amount of each file to print and print settings).
For the Gear+Worm, PLA supports worked fine.

Post-Printing

Assembly

Because of the bevel gear attached to the worm gear in the new version, be sure attach base_stand to base_box first, and then insert the worm gear from the bottom. Then follow gzumwalts instructions.
When finished with the horse assembly, attach Bevel\_Gear\_Spacer to Bevel\_Gear\_Side and try to insert it into the hole on the side of base\_box.

Final step is to force the idler wheel on crank.stl free, and snap it into its place on Bevel_Gear_Side
