Y splitter Ball Valve

Remix to allow switching vacuum between 2 tools.
Switch:: path 1 - off - path 2

Scale to 85.5% for fitting to irish std 40mm waste pipe - use M3 instead of M4 fittings.

Assembly Note: ball is not reversible - placement will align to switch limits.
bearing and lever are unchanged from original.
Part1 has minor mod to base to allow lever rotate - could be cut if you have original.

TODO: 
1. add markers to aid assembly
2. add markers for direction when in place
