StockVise the minimalistic PCB vise

The StockVise

Attention

This is a modified model of the StickVise. The Design is not an Original Idea, I just made the model parametric and more 3D printer-friendly. If you plan on using this vise regularly, I would strongly advise buying your own from: https://stickvise.com/.

The Model

This Model is a parametric version of the StickVise. Most Model Dimensions can easily be edited in Fusion 360 by changing some values under the variables tab.

The preset dimensions of the included STL files are compatible with the original StickVise, so the already community and StickVise-made parts are compatible with it. 

Hardware

While this design aimed to remove as much mounting hardware as possible, some screws and nuts were necessary. For this model you need:

4x M3 Screws < 15mm

1x M5 Screw 12mm

1x M5 Nut

2x 7x15mm Springs, bigger diameter works too along it's under 12mm

Assemble as seen in the Images.

Print Settings

Shaft and Pins:

    Infill: 100%

    Infill-Pattern: Grid

    Temperature: As hot as your quality can handle for better layer adhesion.

Everything else:

    Infill: 70%

    Infill-Pattern: Cubic

    Perimeters: 4

    Temperature: Normal
