This is a Stevenson Screen meteorological shelter for enclosing an outdoor weather station.
It's been designed to fit on to 40mm push fit waste pipe (which is very cheap and easy to get). It's a very tight fit to ensure it doesn't come off. You will need at least the base and the top. You can have as many middle parts as you like. Each layer needs 3 M3 self tapping screws between 8 and 12mm in length, and will need to be assembled from the top down. I recommend pushing the base on the pipe before screwing on the rest of the layers.
While not compulsory, rounding out the holes in the posts with a 2.5mm drill bit will make screwing everything in easier.
