Begode Mten4 Carrying Lift Handle

This is a rigid, sturdy carrying handle for the Mten4.

The briefcase handle that comes with the Mten4 rattles and is noisy while riding. It may be strong enough, but closer inspection was not confidence inspiring, and I wanted to do away with the rattles anyway.

Required materials:

• 4x M4 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts
• 4x M4x20mm Pan Head Screws (socket cap like stock is fine, but I liked the lower profile for more clearance around the bulk capacitors)

Print details:

• PETG, Nylon, or other high-strength material recommended
• 0.2mm layer height
• 4 perimeters for strength
• 40-50% infill depending on pattern (I used 50% adaptive cubic)

The nuts are captured inside the print, so you will need to pause the print after 18.2mm (Layer 91 if printing at 0.2mm layer height) to insert them. The side with the nylon should be facing the top of the handle/away from the holes. The fit should be snug. I have included three different files with varying tolerance, as well as a test part for you to test the fit.
