DysAlphabet, letters for kids with Dispraxia

DysAlphabet

This is an Alphabet especially created for Kids withDyspraxia.

Every letter has 2 magnets added to them so that they stick to each other.

Word making becomes easy!

I print them at 0.2 layer height. Then in Cura I had a post-processing script to insert a " Filament Change " (M600) at the layer number 34.

This pauses the print.

I insert some rare earth magnet and resume printing.

The magnets that fit the design are 1mm thick by 5mm round.

I decided to embed the magnet within the letter structure to make it safer for kids.

I then paint in black the parts where I had to make bridges in order to connect the letters together.
