Startt circular fan

UPDATE 2:

New design with added support for closed end of duct - stops it for sagging over time when exposed to hotend heat. Use "fan blower.stl"

UPDATE:

I've updated design with:

• better fan mount (angled for clearance and visibility)
• improved internal flow (reduced complexity)
• improved printability (it now prints with less support when placed on its side, and uses less supports inside duct)
• Fully circular duct (removes edge which could catch on bed fixing clips)
• circular duct placed slightly higher to improve clearance

Stock part cooling fan is not very good at cooling prints:

-air jets from one side

-air cools not only parts but also interferes with hotend heating - it cools it

I've designed new circular cooler with horizontal fan mount and circular air nozzle to better direct air around parts
