I should have made it just a little bit longer, but it still works great. A tight fit and I have to watch the cable to the battery pack. Other than that, super solid case! Thanks!

does anyone try to use it with quest 3?

Hey! Do you still have the 3d scan of the headset relief? I might use it for a project I have. It'd be greatly appreciated.

Hello, are you able to post your final fusion 360 file? or Step?

Looking at the pictures, this seems like with reduced room for the controllers, it should be able to be shrunk to fit on a 250mm bed...

I removed 4mm in length for it to fit on my sidewinder x2 that had 300mm bed.

What Screws did you use for the print?

Can You make 259m lenght or 260mm? Can you measure if it still fit controllers?

Do you have the original model file to help with remixing?

Did you happen to scan the controller parts?

I worry about the moving about so was thinking remixing to take parts of the molds for the controllers so they aren't loose in the box. Due to space it'll need a little playing about but I thought I could have a go.

@EdwinSmith_295701 the original for the case is linked in the details page, if you're needing the headset relief, I'll see if I still have it floating around.

@Grafton1046 Thanks the headset relief would save me a scan as my 3D scanner isn't that great.

4 Stars, because the handle comes against the hinges and opens them
Edit: turned the hinges upside down - my fault.
5 STARS! (edited)

@3DFLX Looks like you installed the latches the wrong way round. If you look at your make and the original images your latches go towards the handle and the original is away from the handle. If you swap them round then you shouldn't have the issue with the latches opening anymore.

@EdwinSmith_295701 Right! that makes total sense! God - embarrassing … i will Change it.

I really like it, but could you please maybe include a version cut to fit on the Prusa printer? Or two smaller ones, separately for the headset and controllers?
