This is a printed adapter to mount the Micro Swiss Direct Drive Extruder for Ender 5 on a MGN12h linear rail carriage that utilizes the CoreXY belt configuration on the Mercury One.1, Voron 2.4r2 and maybe others. When doing the build, you have to rotate the X axis extrusion has the linear rail in the side, not the top

The Micro Swiss Direct Drive Extruder for Ender 5 can be used on a Ender 5, Ender 5 Pro or Ender 5 Plus
Recommended Print Settings:
- Use a stronger material: ABS, ASA, PC, PCCF (no Nylon)
- First layer height 0.25mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
- Infill percentage: 40%
- Infill type: Adaptive Cubic, grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic
- Wall count: 4
- Solid top/bottom layers: 5
- Supports: YES (minimal) - Open the .3MF file to see the use of supports
Screws you will need:
- (4) M3x8 socket head screws to attach the adapter to MGN12H carriage
- (4) M3x10 socket head screws, (4) M3 washers, (4) M3 Nyloc nuts to attach the belts in the belt clips
- (2) M5x10 screws and (2) M5 washers to attach the adapter to the extruder plate ( top holes )
- (1) M5x18 screw, (1) M5 washer and (1) M5 Nyloc nut to attach the adapter to the extruder plate (bottom hole)
