Height color map: 

0-0.5mm =  light blue
0.5-1.0mm = darker blue
1.0-1.5mm = light purple
1.5-2.0mm = darker purple
2.0-2.5mm = dark green
2.5-3.0mm = black
 

Print Suggestions:

I recommend pre-slicing the Gcode and finding the layer numbers instead of using height for the pause code. Use high quality (0.1 mm layer height) and print thin walls/lines for best results. After the pauses I find redoing the last layer helps adhere the thin features.
