Insufficient Geforce Fan Replacement

When the only fan on your Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3080 TURBO breaks, the chip cannot throttle down enough to run stable for anything beyond an idle desktop. So until you get a real fix in, here's a way to run from two 4010 radial fans blowing through the stock fan blades. Air flow is insufficient for full power of course, but at least it won't crash.

Two part file to make it reach into the fan cutout, gapless fit, scale ring up as needed. Use scotch tape or similar non-stretching tape to mount to the card.
