Print 6 individual parts on their side without supports or two halves who may need some supports.
Glue the resulting crown to the core.
Both the feeder and the core have little drains built in.
The house fits on a pylon, a wooden rod of 18x18 mm (a bit smaller than 3/4 inch = 0.7 inch).
PETG with a layer height of 0.3 mm works fine.

As a test, I've painted my house with a 2K resin. But I don't think it's necessary. During winter even untreated PLA could work.
