Conversion of CR10 V2 to a CoreXY with V-Slot wheels
Mostly inspired by V-King/V-Baby
Z-Carriage D/C-Bot
Hardware:
- additional 10x 400mm 2020 V-Slot or T-Slot Profiles (some could be longer with minor changes in design), additional 2x 520mm V-Slot Profiles (for Z-Axis)
- all stock profiles are reused w/o shortening
- connected all profiles by tapping center holes and connected them with m5 button head screws
- Board housing can be equipped with 4010 Fan in the front
- Motors are Stock
- Stock Heatbed
-20Tooth GT2 6mm idlers (2), 20 Toothed 6mm Idlers (6)
- For Z-Axis Sync i had some 20T 4mm Idlers
- 2x Stock Z Axis (with the rectangular nuts), shrtened to ~500mm
- 760mm Closed Belt for the Z Synchronization, 2x 20T Idlers (I had with 4mm Axis, so you could tap for 5mm)
- All Profiles, most Screws and Wheels from a CR10 (V2)
- Stock power supply, mounted below
- Stock V-Slot Wheels (14x ~24mm), additional 7 15x9mm V-Slot Mini Wheels
- At least 2x 5x8x1mm Shims per wheel
- You need to extend all cables
-Stock Z Axis upper bearings
- Stock Z Braces are mounted with distance plates as X on the back
- Optional MKS mini 12864 , mini 12864 V3Housing
- Optional Adapter to mount MKS E3, E3D Board instead of SKR 1.4
- Optional: Roomba HEPA Filter, Carbon palets, Strong 40x40x40 Fan for integrated filter

There is no BOM or Instructions, you need a lot of fasteners, and you need to connect all profiles (not only with plastic parts)
