You can use a 3660 4s Brushless motor. The connection betwen the prop and the motor is a Gt2 Pulley with pressfit. You should print the whole Thing in 0.2mm and a fibre reinforced Material. The Flow corrector gets glued to the back of the motor.

Its on you, using the duct without strator blades. The one with gives you a hughe thrust improvement.
