Elegoo Neptune 3 Y axis linear rail installation kit

I designed these parts to mount linear guide rails on the Y axis of my Elegoo Neptune 3.

@Alex Williams. I noticed this too. If like me your model is breaking at the front, run a small test print of a square 10mm x 10mm x 2mm high with a raft. Watch carefully as the raft is printed. mine was almost non-existent at the front of the printer and worse towards the right side. It transpired, wedging up the power supply re-square the frame, and stopped any frame movement. I'm going to see if I can build some stabilizer rails as they have on the Anycubic Cobra Max. (edited)

Would this work for Neptune 2S? What rail length would I need for that?

@GameOrNoughtM_277543 I actually designed this system with the 3D model for a Neptune 2s, so it should bolt right up. You need (2) MGN12H rails, 300mm long

Do you notice any improvements with your neptune 3?

@FeralEngineer_378456 Ive been having issues with mine not being level on the bed half way through a 5 hour print. Wondering if linear rails would fix this. The wheels on the x and y axis showed signs of wear after the very first print :S

@alexwilliams they're probably too tight and you're losing steps on one size of your Z. the nice thing about the linear rails is you never have to adjust them once they're installed (plus they look badass). I just added a TMC2225 driver to my motherboard and flashed a modified version of firmware so I can do G34 auto gantry squaring along with ABL before a print. Takes a little longer to start a print up, but seeing those perfect level numbers are soooo nice.
