Baofeng GT-3TP dummy battery

Dummy battery for Baofeng GT-3TP

I'm using external power supply → 7.5V 1A

The connector is barrel plug 5.5mm x 2mm (fourth picture).

The fifth picture shows the copper contact (use 0.5 mm thick copper). Holes for soldering wires on to the contacts are a little bit small but it is doable. Easiest way to solder onto the copper is to put a metal plate under plastic so that the plastic keeps its shape (last picture).Also, there is a thin layer (0.28mm) just before 90° gap so the bridging is easier. After, printing remove this thin layer and insert the adapter.

Print vertically.

Before usage check polarity of the contacts.
