Power/Companion cube Steam Deck power adapter attachment

Hey there,

Some were interested in the files, so I uploaded them here.

This assembly consists of 4 different parts, a total of 14 pieces.

• Corner 1 (2x) - The closed corner for the wire side of the power adapter (left side in pictures)
• Corner 2 (2x) - The open corner for the plug side of the power adapter (right side in pictures)
• Flat piece (8x) - The rectangular pieces in between the corners.
• LBolt (2x) - The lightning bolt in the middle. Optionally you can also choose Heart (2x) instead, if you are in need of a companion that is.

I also added the assembly (with one side of flat pieces + LBolt  complete) If you'd like to view it.

If you like the specific texture of your printing bed and want it as the front face of the lightning bolt… then make sure to orientate the bolt correctly before printing.

From my test print, which you can view on reddit, the corner pieces were a snug fit. This however, may not be the case for you. So, depending on the tolerances you are working with, you might want to edit the step file for a little more room and add double sided adhesive.

In terms of printing, you might want to opt for internal support and put the corners side ways for more rounded edges (so, not the way I printed it; haven't tested it! - See fourth picture).

The flat pieces and lightning bolt were added to the power adapter using thing double sided adhesive.

As a post note, you could change the bolt out for something else like a heart or iris-thing to make it look like any of the other weighted cubes of the game series.
