E3D V6 Hotend 30mm cooler with BL-touch

This is a E3D V6 clone mount for my CTC I3 Pro B printer. I use this with a Bowden type extruder. The mount is attached to the original X axis carriage.

Post-Printing

Remove the raster for both the filament cooling fans. I added the raster to allow for printing without supports. Removing the raster helps to improve the airflow.

When the M3 nuts in the clamp base not fit into the Clampbase, use a soldering iron to gently force them in. Use a long M3 bolt and a soldering iron to heat op the M3 nut to slowly insert the nut into the Clampbase. (See example photo)
