IKEA Eneryda handle drill template

Drill template for Eneryda (and other handles with 96mm hole spacing) for 4.5 or 5mm drill bits. This template puts the holes 33mm from the edge, and has a small hole for viewing a centering mark on the top the the door/front. Of course, 33mm may not be want you want. In that case you just need to modify it.
