100mm magnetic vacuum hose connector

100mm magnetic connector for all common hose sizes (that I could find online).

All adapters have:

• Magnetic connector
  • 100mm internal diameter
  • Positions for 12 magnets, 10x3mm in size (magnet recess is 10.5x4mm).
  • 3mm clearance around the magnets.
  • 7.5mm flange thickness
• Hose connector 
  • Each size has an option of Outer Diameter measurement or Inner Diameter. 
    • Outer Diameter (OD): Intended for the printed connector to go inside your existing hose.
    • Inner Diameter (ID): Intended for the printed tube to go over your existing connector.
  • Sizes are for the inside of the hose (outside of the adapter)
  • 40mm long connector at each end 
    • ID has short option that is 20mm
  • 3mm taper on each connector, from -1.5 to +1.5
  • Wall thickness of 2mm

Also generated are:

• Straight hose adapters
• 30° elbow hose adapters
• 30° tapered elbow hose adapters 
• 45° elbow hose adapters
• 45° tapered elbow hose adapters
• 90° elbow hose adapters
• 90° tapered elbow hose adapters
• 100mm magnetic hose connectors
• 50mm magnetic hose connectors

These were generated to make it easier to consume, if they don't suit however you can use the Parametric model to customise your own, or let me know and I can generate it.

• Updated to version 2 of the model, should be compatible with version 1.
• Added internal diameter (ID) measurements for putting the adapter over a hose connector on a tool.
• Added short connector for ID, prevent it from bottoming out.
• Added caps, to close off or dock the adapter
