After working out that the measurements you have on your files were for the adapters themselves (duh), I printed out the exact size I needed and it works a treat.

No notes, used it to attach a new dust extractor to an old table saw and to add a spacer to a new cooker hood that was a little shorter than the original hose connector.

I’ve printed several of these and had some slight issues with the sizing but I can’t score less than 5 for the sheer effort involved in this many tools.
I have taken to just using the slice tool to take a very thin slice of the end of the tool to test the print and if necessary just slicing a bit off the taper to make it wider where necessary. I realise I could also use the scad models but that feels like more effort 😉
@Ostat Hey Max! Can you make one that is 65.8mm to 21.4mm (Inside diameter)? Unless you already did? I couldn't find it. (edited)
Thanks for all your work, it fits well, but the significantly tighter adapters are too much for my vacuum
@MRV_3888503 if the size is not a good fit, you can use my parametric script to create better fitting adapter.

Nice, thorough collection but incomprehensible labeling system—I think it will be easier and less confounding to just build the simple piece I need in Fusion 360. (Why force the metric system onto parts that are clearly meant to match standard vacuum hose sizes manufactured in fractions of inches?!)
@ctgriffi_4049489 there are both metric and imperial adapters in the set.
Fusion is a good choice if you k ow how. recommend you add a small taper on the adapter when you do it. Makes it easier to fit. 1mm/40thou should be enough.
REQUEST: 45mm OD to 1.25" ID.
The male hose end OD measurement is 44.0mm to 45.54mm over 47mm.
