valorant butterfly balisong trainer knife with bushing pivot and zen pin system

This is fully flippable balisong knife with bushing and zen pinless design. Weight of printed parts - cca 40 grams, with aditional wight in handles 50 grams. Lenght of whole opened knife is 257mm and closed 145mm.

needed parts: 

blade - 1x (with or without holes for nuts)

handle frame - 2x

handle1 - 2x

handle2 - 2x

bushing - 2x

washers - 4x (optional - basic M3 washers will do better - two sizes due to printers                                             imperfections)

non printable parts:

M3 screw - 2x (i dont know the lenght, i just nipped them to the right lenght)

M3 nuts - minimal 2x (for the pivots)

M3 washers - 4x

M3 lock washers - 2x (you can instead use locktite, doesn´t matter)

rubber bands - 2x optional

M2 screw - 12x (optional - only on ´´handle1, handle2´´)

print settings:

layer height - 0,2 mm

layer width - 0,4 mm 

top/bottom layers - 5

wall account - 5

infill - 15%

The big hole in handle frame is for aditional weight. I put there one big screw and the leftover space was filled with gluegun. The groove on the end of the handle is for rubberband for better sound.
