AR Wing Pro front hatch cover

This hatch is locked with spring loaded canopy lock from MP JET part no 2661 (Ø 4.1mm x 10mm)

There four parts, three of them should be glued together to form canopy and lock needs some foam cut in rear part of hatch.

mid part should be printed in vase mode, no top no bottom.

front and back part should be printed without bottom, 2 layers on to top, can be printed with 2 walls or with 1 wall but requires modifier to print 2 wall around ridge.

All three parts needs brim to print.

lock part should be printed with 2 walls, 2 top and 2 bottom layers and some infill 8-10%.

Hole for latch may need redrill to proper diameter and latch is just press fit, no need for glue.

Parts are glued with E6000 as it's more elastic compared to CA but any glue should work.

This could be printed in PLA or PET-G (on picture is PLA)
