#757CARES Face Shield MK2.2

Dentists' offices needed the transparency much further away from the face to make room for lighted loupes. I added an extension that snaps onto the headband which moves the transparency 57mm further out, while still providing overhead coverage. Loupe Extender Mk1.6 is added to the file library.

Elastic became scarce, so I made this "slip nut" sized to be able to use paracord which is available at any home improvement store. Two sizes provided for popular sizes of paracord. 550 is for 5/32" (4mm) paracord and 650 is for 1/4" (5mm) cord.

2.2 doubled the polygon count on most of the model to improve print quality and speed. Spread stems out 5 degrees each to allow for closer nesting.

2.1 Corrected position error with 3 hole pins. Extended tabs on temple pins, modified elastic slats.

2.0 Modified original #757CARES design to include a forehead shield (brim), moved from a 4 pin to 3 pin design to support standard 3-hole punched film, changed elastic hook to accomodate slats for 1/4" elastic bands.
