Circle helper target for whiteboard and bigger pens

Really liked initial model, but had two issues

• My printer is not perfectly calibrated, so getting smooth movement was tough
• Pens at the office were to big to fit

So I've made a version with bigger holes, and made a flange for the center piece to rest in, allowing it to move more easily :)
