My older pro bike repair stand only accepts quick-release. Could buy an additional accessory to take thru axles but I figured I could probably 3D print one.
I've modelled this for 12mm axles but you can take the STEP file and change it to a 15mm one. Alternatively you could copy the commercial product, lengthen the slider and have both a 12mm and 15mm adapter.
The 3MF files have been orientated for printing. No supports necessary. Depending on your printer you may wish to print the axle carrier with a brim.
You'll need to supply a couple of M4 bolts (8mm) and nuts to attach the slider to the axle carrer. You will also need a 3/8" nut if you've got the same bike stand with the 3/8" locking knob. Otherwise model your own locking mechanism. I've used stainless for all these parts for a little better corrosion resistance.

Hope this helps someone.
