USB LED BULB MOUNT- DAISO JAPAN

I found some cheap USB-powered LEDs at Daiso (Japanese dollar store) for 110 Yen. This model is my original design.

This Model is offered as inspiration because I am unsure of the availability of the LED light for most folks. I have since combined this model with others from the community to create an LED light for my Prusa Mini+.

PLEASE NOTE: QC for the four holes in the LED board for the light leaves something to be desired as they are not actually used in the product I salvaged the light from. The LED Light is simply pinned into the product by the plastic diffuser. You are guaranteed to get at least two of them though if not all four which should be enough to hold the light. I'd recommend using CA (super glue) as well on the posts.

I'd recommend using a M3 cap head screw for the posts.

I'd also recommend using PETG. I've used this design to backlight lithophanes and it works fine for prolonged use (running weeks at a time) though I have not tested it with PLA.

You are free to take this design and remix in tinkercad to suit any project you desire. I will post my PRUSA Mini+ light adapter using this design once I re-discover who I remixed from to create it (it's been awhile since i made it). You can also simply print it out and super glue it to any surface.

As an added bonus if you are using OCTOPRINT you can use the PRUSA mini's onboard USB port to power the light.
