A friend asked for something so I spent like 5 hours in Inkscape learning how to use Inkscape and then printing at 0.15mm layer height test over and over again, each time adjusting the lineart so it looks good at that tiny scale. I went ahead and included that lineart here, too.

I used a 0.4 mm nozzle and set a color change for 0.75 mm when doing the cameo plate portion. I used glow in the dark (red haha) for the bottom half of the cameo plate and magnet base, and black for the ring and the upper portion of the cameo. Super glued it all up, including two 6mm magnets.

I find that running as cold as possible with plenty of retraction was helpful, picking any black filament stringing off the white background was a pain for the first few tests.

I designed the magnet base and contrasting rings for other magnets (mostly band logos for friends), and I actually really like my magnet base specifically. It has a shallow chamfered edge around the back that makes it easy to remove off the fridge, and two slots for 6mm magnets. It's got a lot of holding power while also being easy to lever off and remove from the fridge.
