Antenna Mast parts for Goture Goldite Fishing Pole

This is a set of accessories I designed for my Telescoping Mast. It contains 2 parts that will make your fishing pole easier to set up in the field.

The first piece is a tiedown point. This works very similar to the DX Commander, where you have a part that you attach 3 ropes to and secure to the ground with tent pegs. The part is designed to fit just above the largest section.

The second piece is an eyelet that you press onto the top of the mast. You can either secure the end of your antenna wire to it with a short piece of rope or run the wire through to make an inverted V formation. With my pole, I decided to remove the smallest section from the mast and then pushing this onto the end. It also has the added benefit of making it easier to pull out the sections when you remove the cover!

The last file is a form for a loading coil. I designed it for the K6ARK matching unit. The kit comes with a piece of pipe to make your own coil but I am using 20 AWG wire with mine so it was too short to hold 12 turns. You make your coil then secure the ends with zip ties as shown in the photo. the ends are just loose enough to allow you to move the coil closer or farther from the feed point so that you can fine tune it. Once you are happy you can use the supplied heat shrink to lock it in place.

Parts were designed in FreeCAD 0.20.1 so if you want to mess with the models or export it in another format you are free to do so.
