Designed a new front panel for my Corsiar computer case to improve airflow. My CPU (Ryzen 5 3600) and GPU (AMD RX480) each run about 10 F degrees cooler and the blower style GPU is runs much more quietly.
It is designed to be printed in 3 pieces and connected together using some thin wire. The whole assembly is attached to the case using some screws I had in a parts drawer, but should work with any ~3mm screws.
LEDS were mounted with adhesive and some aluminum tape to prevent the light from bleeding through the case front.
It fits the IO well but is not 100% perfect. All ports are accessible, but the USB are very slightly misaligned and might cause issues with some devices.
Feel free to ask questions and provide feedback and if you make it, please post a photo!
