Vivitar VPT-360 Quick Release plate

I needed a quick release head for a tripod I picked up at a thrift store, a Vivitar VPT-360, long since discontinued and parts are no longer available. It took about six iterations to get it right and I could still tweak the back edge if I wanted to get it perfect, but it works and works well.

It uses a 1/4" bolt to hold the camera. The alignment post is optional, and should be 4mm wide. There's a hole in the plate to receive it.
