Flexible webcam mount

This is a remix of the locking rings and the 2020 Base, with the following changes:

I added bumps to the locking rings: tight = 3, mid = 2, loose = 1, so they could be easily distinguished if more than one style was printed at the same time.

The 2020 Base from the original was oriented in such a way as to put the stress with the layers of the print, making it extremely fragile: mine broke the first time I tried to clip it on. Reorienting it would have required supports, which I didn't want. I broke the piece in two: the main body, oriented horizontally to put the stress across the layers; and the ball, which fits into a socket on the body. I used hot glue to connect them and it's perfectly solid.
