Adaptive Spool Holder - Jeroen P Remix

This is a remix of Jeroen P's model for an adaptive spool holder to fit my setup. 

Changes include:

• Increased the bearing hole diameter from 8mm to 9mm 
• I added all features from the outer and mid models together to form a universal model
• Added a deeper screw head angle to the middle screw hole
• Added side screw holes (5mm) with a nut head (6mm) in case I wanted flexibility in mounting
