No printer? No problem! Buy one printed in PETG for $20.
This is the easier one to explain. It will clip around the Manfrotto tripod that Lynx ships with a cable wrap and hold the receiver. There's a second spot for another cable wrap for the extra slack.
When slicing the receiver, print it upright (yeah go me with design for manufacturing!).
Layers and layers of specifics here, I'm happy to share the raw Fusion file if someone wants to remix this. The general gist is that the transmitter goes on the top of a tripod, with a fiberglass stake so you can see where it is across the field. For the start sensor, there is a zip tie loop for the starter to hook over the finger on their gun hand, and there's a nubbin on the side of the enclosure to hang the sensor on. The transmitter is recessed into the enclosure a bit, providing some buffer if (when) the tripod gets pulled over by the starter walking away still holding on to the sensor, and is secured with a cable wrap. There's also some craft foam giving it a snug fit and padding.
When slicing the Transmitter, I printed it on its back, putting support under the transmitter zip tie loop, and under the back of the body. There are holes for heat set inserts since I expected this to be on and off the tripod enough that self tapping wouldn't work.
