This is my attempt at modeling the Rasputin Warmind from Destiny 2. It's been a while since I've had to make a model from scratch, but this is where I think I'm going to call this one finished... mostly. I may come back and add more details later on.
This is intended to be approximately the size of a mid-tower computer case, as that is what I originally designed it for. I haven't added any internal mounting points for that yet, this is only an outer case/shell. The model is split into pieces based on how you want to assemble it, from the full model to a half, quarter and eighth. The 1/8 piece can be mirrored and duplicated (to a total of 8 parts) and assembled into the full model. This is designed for 3D printing, but you may have to orient the parts differently or slice them to fit your machine.
Please note: This is not a complete model of the Warmind. Rasputin has a lot of detailed structure built around him and many details that, based off images alone, I could not replicate here. The back side of the model is simply a mirror of the front due to the lack of images showing the back of the Warmind.
Also important to note; there is NO STAND for this model. I haven't figured out how I want to secure it on my desk yet, so it will not stand up properly on its own.
EDIT: I've cleaned up the model a bit and fixed some errors when scaled down. Anything from 100% to 25% of the original size should work normally. Below this scaling you may notice small gaps where parts of the model are too thin to be printed. This can be fixed by using a nozzle smaller than 0.4mm if you want to print it smaller than 25%.

Design Process
So I wanted to print a model of Rasputin to build a custom pc case with, but I couldn't find any models of it online. I decided I'd try my hand at making my own and found a good picture to go off of.
This model has been in the works for a couple months now, on and off. I'm not very good with Fusion 360 or Blender, so I built it in SketchUp 2016, which if you've ever used that program, you'll know it isn't the fastest thing in the world to work with. I started with a basic shape and slowly refined it and added details until I was satisfied with the result. Some information about the design: This was intended to be used as a computer case; as such it's a rather large model. The interior is completely hollow with a solid outer shell thatshould be printable without issue. The model is split into various parts, the smallest being the 1/8 piece. If 8 of these are printed (4 must be mirrored) they can be assembled into the full model. This means that if you scale the 1/8 piece to the size you want, it scales the entire model with it. The parts should fit together at any scaling.I'm not 100% sure I'm done with this project. I want to come back through and add some internal mounting points for computer hardware once I get dimensionally accurate replicas of the hardware I intend to use. If I do manage to find that, then I'll update this model if/when I work out the best interior layout.
This is one of the very few things I've made entirely from scratch, so helpful feedback is always welcome.
